Guidelines
mourn.wtf is a space to build a page that's truly yours. To keep it safe and welcoming for everyone, all users must follow these Guidelines. They apply to your profile, uploads, links, usernames, and anything else you put on the Service. Breaking them can lead to content removal or account termination.
Be decent
Treat others with basic respect. Don't use mourn.wtf to harass, bully, threaten, or target people. What you host reflects on the whole community.
Don't post prohibited content
You may not upload, link to, or share content that:
- Is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
- Sexualizes minors in any way. This results in an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to authorities.
- Contains sexual or explicit content where prohibited, or that you don't have the right to share.
- Promotes hate, violence, or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.
- Harasses, threatens, or reveals private information about someone (doxxing).
- Contains malware, phishing, scams, or links intended to deceive or harm visitors.
- Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
No impersonation
Don't pretend to be another person, brand, or organization in a way that's meant to deceive. Parody or fan pages are fine as long as they're clearly not the real thing and don't mislead.
No spam or abuse
Don't spam links, mass-create accounts, abuse the image host, or try to bypass limits and security measures (including per-network account limits or bot protection). Automated abuse of the Service is not allowed.
Image & file hosting
The image host is for sharing your own media. Don't use it to distribute illegal material, malware, or content that violates these Guidelines. We may remove files and revoke hosting access for violations.
Custom domains
If you connect a custom domain, it must not be used to impersonate others, host prohibited content, or mislead visitors about who you are.
Enforcement
Depending on the severity, violations may result in a warning, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent termination. Serious violations — especially anything involving minors or illegal activity — result in immediate removal without warning and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Reporting
See something that breaks these Guidelines? Report it on our Discord or email support@mourn.wtf. We review reports and take action where appropriate.
Changes
We may update these Guidelines as the Service evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of mourn.wtf means you agree to follow the current Guidelines.
